Spring Roll Monday

Mmm, discovered that a chinese take-out place just up the block has the best spring rolls! We bought half a ton and froze some to appear in today's lunch:


Simple lunch:

  • 2 spring rolls from Sweet House
  • red beet egg
  • green grapes
  • strawberries
  • and before I left I added almonds, unpictured

  2. Surprisingly, not very long! Some in my lunch box, some in mom's lunchbox, the rest in Dad's stomach... ;)
